Brief Information

Fuji Xerox DocuPrint P115 b is a low-end printer with only USB 2.0 support
Fuji Xerox provides driver of Windows based on GDI and a blob from Mac CUPS driver
Brother provides nice support for their laser printer hl1110, with lpr and cups wrapper file in rpm format.

Steps

Follow Arch Wiki on setting up CUPS service
Connect the USB to your PC
Follow CUPS WebUI or GUI to add Printer
Choose “Maker:Brother” and “Model:HL-1110 for CUPS” as shown in picture
